How do I return an item?

Free returns


Natural Body Care wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. To return a purchase please email our customer service at custservice@naturalbodycare.co with your specific request within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, we are unable to accept any returns after that period. Refunds for *items returned within 7 days of the purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
*On sale items can only be returned for store credit.

We will gladly replace any damaged of defective item, please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product ( email us or call us at 612-669-6955).

Note: Products associated with promotional gift (s) can't be returned.
